We want to provide a safe space for critical self reflection.

Meet Tiffany

Starting therapy can feel jarring, especially when you are opening up to a stranger. I'm here to assist with your therapeutic transition by providing a space free from judgment, helping to facilitate positive change and personal growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Grief and Loss Specialist, I have served a diverse group of individuals for over 17 years, treating executives, athletes, healthcare workers, entrepreneurs, and other professionals to successful clinical outcomes. I focus on using cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training to provide a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to process challenges that they are facing. Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to create a growth plan that feels empowering and achievable.  I specialize in working with adults between the ages of 20-45 who are dealing with self-worth issues, navigating personal and familial challenges with loved ones, grief and loss, life transitions, childhood trauma, and how to approach creating and maintaining healthier connections.

Ms. Wright’s experiences span multiple environments including Acute Inpatient care, managed care, and crisis intervention. Ms. Wright has been able to gain experience in various settings, most recently as a care advocate for an insurance company where she works to create case formulations to discuss with an interdisciplinary treatment team to determine appropriate levels of care and how to achieve optimal treatment,  as members matriculate through different levels of care. Ms. Wright has provided counseling services in an in-home capacity assisting the Department of Family services within the home to repair familial relationships. Ms. Wright has also worked within a recovery residence as a family therapist to provide therapy and education to family members directly impacted by their loved ones struggling with substance abuse. She created family workshops to allow a safe environment for families to bridge the gap of healing from the damage created by their loved one’s illness. Additionally, she has worked within an Inpatient setting where she had the opportunity to create individualized treatment plans, conduct family sessions and group work, and discharge planning to provide continuity of care for patients once they return to the community. While working at a suicide hotline, she gained experience in crisis intervention and would respond to members in the community in crisis and link individuals with mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities to appropriate services.
